Damage To Items

We don't want to be the stinger in your buzzing event as this doesn't happen often, but we do have to talk about it...

 

Once the letters are in your possession, we hope that you take the utmost care to protect them from major damage.

 

We understand that minor damage can happen and if we can easily repair it, we aren't going to worry about it.  We can  🐝 easy like that! However, if the item is damaged beyond repair there will be a $80.00 per piece charge.

 

We try to be as transparent as possible, so here are some situations in which the items

will 🐝considered beyond repair:

 

 💧Water stains
🍷Wine stains
🚭Smoke Damage (or smoke smell)
🐶Pet Damage (pee, poop, chewing)
🐽Mud/Significant Dirt
